I looked around online a bit and Detector Warehouse seems to have a solid reputation. The site was easy enough to use, and from what I could tell, most people seem happy with their orders. I’d probably feel okay buying from them, though I’d still want to double-check things before placing a bigger order.

The packaging could’ve been better. The box showed up dented, so I was a little worried at first, but luckily the item inside wasn’t damaged and worked out fine.

I ordered a detector and found out it was on backorder, but they emailed me quickly and kept me updated along the way. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it showed up in good shape and customer support was friendly about the whole thing. I just wish the instructions or info around the backorder process had been a bit clearer from the start...

The training videos were helpful overall. A few of them felt outdated though, so it made some parts a little harder to follow or apply
